RETURN POLICY

There are no refunds. Store credit only.

1202 Body Jewelry accepts returns For Store Credit Only under the following conditions :
- Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
- Returned items must be unused / unworn
- Returned must be received within 7 days of delivery date
*Please Note: A 25% fee will be deducted from your store credit for items returned outside of the seven (7) days return window.
No refund or return will be accepted on custom product.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Email us at sales@1202bodyjewelry.com with the following information:

  • ORDER NUMBER
  •  ITEM TO RETURN
  • ITEM CONDITION
  • WHY ITEM IS BEING RETURNED
  • ITEM PHOTO(S)*

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
*Strongly recommend to provide item photos, we will depends you photos to approved or denied your return.

HOW 1202 BODY JEWELRY WILL RESOLVE MY RETURN AND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE?

Once we received your return items, it will take 3-4 working days to process. When the processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we have sent an item in error. You will receive store credit for the exact price you pay for the product(s) minus any fees and/or coupons used if applicable.
