The simplest answer is to measure what you currently have. Once you have order from us, you will received a card with a few Gauges size and balls size. You can use it as a reference :)
As everyone has unique body parts and piercings we can’t tell you YOUR needs.
You can refer to each product details. Unless otherwise specified, most of our body jewelry is made with 316L Surgical Steel, which is the highest grade of steel and has been declared safe for piercing use.
Once the order has successfully been placed, you will received a confirmation email to the provided email address. This email will contain details regarding your order including an order number.
We would advise you to keep this email as you may need your order reference number for any future inquiries.
Failure to provide an order number may result in delays with processing your inquiry.
You have several options to check your order status. First of all, you can check the status online via our website. Simply go into My Account or Order History while you are logged in. Otherwise, you can always contact us to check on the status.
If you have an 1202 account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.
You can make change before your order is dispatched. Please contact us asap.
Did you place an order with us and do you want to cancel it?
You can cancel your order before it has dispatched. Please contact us asap.
However, we can only refund you with the full amount of the store credit or charge a 5% handling fee for your order.
Buyer is fully responsible before placing the order.

- Hong Kong & Macau Orders
Orders over $300HKD will qualify for free shipping in Hong Kong and Macau. Orders below $300HKD will be charged by the freight collect or $30HKD.
- Taiwan Orders
Orders over $400HKD will qualify for free shipping. Orders below $400HKD will be charged by the freight collect.
- International Orders
The shipping fee will be charged depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The total price will be displayed at checkout.
Orders over $700HKD will qualify for free shipping.
All orders are shipped in Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU): As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
Foreign Transaction Fees
1202 Body Jewelry does not charge additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees applied by your bank are not under the control of 1202 Body Jewelry. We are based out of Hong Kong and our ‘home’ currency of Hong Kong dollars will show up on the final receipt.
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods: The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods.
You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for the USA.
The customs value is made up of:
- The price paid for the goods
- The insurance cost
- The shipping cost
